The rooms were older, but larger than expected. The shower area was a bit compact, but worked, ha! Everything was clean and there was a small kitchen sink with a microwave and mini fridge. I wish it came with internet TV. It's in walking distance to a few restaurants and there's also a conference room and bistro on-site. Parking is $4 per night and requires a parking pass since it's located directly across the street from the conference center. Go for a jog while there. You'll thank me later.

We stayed there after playing across the street at the Red Carpet last Saturday. I usually don't sleep well in hotel rooms, but I did have a great night while staying here. They must have remodeled since the last time I was there. The hotel was spotless and modern. The parking was free, and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable. I would certainly stay there again.

The hotels amazing with the exception of the parking ramp break-ins. Including my vehicle. Thankful to the hotel staff member who was arriving to work and stop the thief but they ran off.

The rooms all look nice. You can tell they did a remodel/refresh. They may have cut a few corners, but no big deal. I liked our room. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet. No hall/wall noises and no street noise. They did have a placard saying the street can get noisy and that there are complimentary ear plugs in the drawer. Well, there were none in the drawer, but also, there was no issue with noise, so all good. I like the bay style windows in the room. I sat in ours for a bit. The bathroom mirror was odd, trendy, but low on light. Those that are older or struggle with low vision might not like the mirror/lighting in the bathroom. I like the area, it's a convenient location. Close to the convention center and food and coffee shops and the quaint historical street of St Germain. The parking is free for guests and the garage is decent. They have a bistro on site (it was never open that I saw, even during posted hours) - so beware. They have vending machines for food, snacks, soda, sundries, etc. The staff was nice. Overall, I'd stay here again if needed.

I stayed here for a student leadership conference for a night. I found right off the bat that the giant lobby with countless areas for private lounge made this place unique. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, but very seemingly by the books, not doing too much for chatting. The food was great, the servers were fun to have around and they seemed to almost add something unique to the event. Their gym could use a squat rack and/or a pull-up bar. The lack thereof was pretty unique to this hotel.

Very impressed with Bryan (or Brian, not sure how to spell it) at the front desk. He went above and beyond for us - very helpful, kind, compassionate. The room was very nice - pull out couch was as comfortable as a pull out could get. The tv(tech and connectivity) could have used an upgrade but other than that - good size, great views and location. We didn’t use the amenities so I can’t speak on that but we would return to this Courtyard specifically for the hospitality!

I was part of an art conference and was in charge of three art demos involving my cameras and lights and their mics and projectors. The staff was there to help me get set up and ready for three different artist configurations. My hotel room was large and clean. The banquet food was hot and tasty. Thanks to Vicky and her staff Ashish and Kelso.
